Neil welcomes official Ukraine appeal

Neil O’Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby & Wigston has welcomed the opening of the official Ukraine appeal by the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC). The amounts raised via donations will be matched pound-for-pound by the UK Government, up to £20 million pound.

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby & Wigston, has paid tribute to the owners of W H Cox Grocers in Wigston. Having been in Wigston since 1888, the family-owned businesses is now closing, after serving the community for an incredible 134 years.

Neil visits Robert Smyth Academy

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, visited Robert Smyth Academy in Market Harborough on Friday 11th February 2022.

During the visit, Neil met a number of students who were planting trees, and also saw the recently completed all-weather outdoor hockey pitch.

New measures to tackle 'carparking cowboys'

A new ‘private parking code of practice’ is being introduced to tackle issues often faced by users of private carparks. The work to introduce the new code is being led by Neil O’Brien, MP for Harborough and Minister for Levelling Up.
