Neil lobbies Jeremy Hunt for Leicestershire NHS Funding

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston lobbied Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt in Parliament, for additional funding for the NHS in Leicestershire.

Neil meets Robert Smyth pupils in Parliament

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston met pupils from the Robert Smyth Academy during their recent visit to Parliament.

Pupils are currently undertaking work on a project concerning the suffragette's movement and the rights of women to vote.

Neil visits South Leicestershire College

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston visited South Leicestershire College in South Wigston on Friday 8th June 2018.

Neil met with Marion Plant OBE, Principal of this College as well as North Warwickshire and Hinckley College. 

70% of local residents oppose new Oadby housing plan

Neil O’Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, has raised concerns over plans to develop 300 new homes on the corner of Gartree Road and Stoughton Road in Oadby, following a survey of local residents in which 70% voiced their opposition.

South Kilworth Surgery

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston held his June surgery in South Kilworth at the village hall.

The surgery was also visited by constituents with their 2 week old baby, to thank Neil for the successful resolution of some casework.

Neil meets Brookside Primary pupils in Parliament

Neil O'Brien, MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, met pupils from Brookside Primary School in Parliament on the 23rd May 2018.

During their visit, pupils had a tour of the Palace of Westminster, followed by workshops in the education centre and a Q&A with Neil.
