Harborough District own the building that Tesco is in.
It has a bunch of panels with peeling paint, and I have contacted the council to encourage them to tidy this up.
I know it isn't the biggest issue in the world, but we should have local pride: this is the main square in the town where we have Remembrance Sunday and the like.
We should keep the area looking good.
